Our PRODUCTS
Explore Our Premium Ethiopian Coffee Selections
Yirgacheffe
Grown in the Gedeo zone of southern Ethiopia at high altitudes. Known for its bright, floral, and citrusy notes, often with hints of bergamot, jasmine, and lemon. It typically has a light to medium body and sweet flavor.

Sidamo
From the Sidama region in the highlands. Generally offers a well-balanced cup with complex acidity, a medium body, and notes of berries and citrus, sometimes with hints of chocolate or spice. Guji coffee is a high-quality sub-region within Sidamo, gaining recognition for its exceptional and aromatic profile, sometimes with peach or apricot notes.

Harar
Grown in the eastern highlands. Primarily dry-processed (natural), resulting in a coffee with intense fruity or winey flavors, often with notes of blueberry or blackberry, and a heavy body. It can also have spicy and chocolate notes. The processing is often done entirely by hand

Limu
From the southwest. Known for its smooth, balanced flavor with moderate acidity. Often exhibits floral and fruity notes with hints of spice and a sweet aftertaste. Typically wet-processed and considered a gourmet coffee.

Djimmah (or Jimma)
Grown in the Illubabor and Kaffa regions of southwest Ethiopia. Can be wet or dry-processed. Wet-processed Djimmah is known for being low-acid with a gamey and winey flavor. Dry-processed Djimmah can have a less desirable medicinal flavor but may also show notes of dark cocoa and walnut. It's a significant producer of commercial-grade coffee.

Kaffa
Named after the region considered the birthplace of the Arabica plant in southwest Ethiopia. Often grows wild in forests. Can be found as both forest and semi-forest coffee. Flavor profiles can be diverse due to the wild nature of the beans.

Genika
Specifically from the Bench Maji Zone. Known for its deep, spice, and wine or chocolate-like taste and floral aroma.

Kembata
Kembata coffee, from Ethiopia's highlands, is often naturally processed, resulting in unique fruity flavors like blueberry and strawberry with chocolate notes. This coffee offers a light to medium body, balanced acidity, and a fragrant aroma. Discovering Kembata provides a distinct and often more accessible Ethiopian coffee experience.
